The Easter holiday season is here and is the perfect time to enjoy Easter egg hunts, festive family meals, Sunday mass and special events. If you’re looking for places to celebrate with your family and friends, we’ve got you covered with the best things to do around the Las Vegas valley.

Eat + Shop at the Poppin’ Marketplace Family Festival

Our Poppin’ Marketplace Family Festival happens to fall during Easter weekend and is an event you don’t want to miss. The free community event, which takes place on April 16 from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at the historic Nucleus Plaza, will feature more than 60 black-owned businesses, ranging from food trucks to retailers. There will also be live performances, DJs, games, giveaways, a kid zone, and more. More information here.

Take Your Kids to an Easter Egg Hunt Event

The Pearson Community Center will be hosting its annual Bunny Hop event on April 9, from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. with egg hunts for ages 2-12 years old, as well as games, food, music, prizes, and entertainment. More information here.

Many other events are going on around town including, the Ward 4 Easter Eggstravaganza at the Durango Hills Community Center (April 8), an Easter Egg Hunt event at The District at Green Valley Ranch (April 10), Whitney’s Bunny Trail on Missouri Avenue at the Whitney Recreation Center (April 15) and Hop & Shop Egg Hunts at Town Square (April 16).

Make Plans for House of Blues Gospel Brunch

The world-famous House of Blues Gospel Brunch returns on April 17. Your ticket includes the best in dining and entertainment, with unlimited Southern-inspired dishes and live music from gospel and R&B singers. Enjoy a Kid-Friendly Afternoon Tea Experience

Café Lola will host an Easter Tea event at its Summerlin location on April 14, from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. and at its Henderson location on April 15, from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. Each ticket includes afternoon tea, songs and storytime, a family photo and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
