Tucked away inside Hawaiian Marketplace on the Las Vegas Strip is where you’ll find Stuff My Turkey. The fast-casual spot, which opened in October 2021, offers many signature dishes, but the real star of the show is the 18-ounce turkey legs, which are tender with the meat falling off the bone.
The menu goes from The O.G., a turkey leg with an original house seasoning blend to sweet and spicy offerings, such as The BK with Hennessy honey glaze and the Aloha MF’ER with mango habanero glaze.
“The rest of our turkey legs come stuffed or smothered,” says Henry Crockett, owner of Stuff My Turkey. “The El Jefe is like bussing open your favorite burrito,” he says. “It comes with Spanish rice, elote corn and cilantro lime crema, which is smothered on top.” He also talks about The Big Tex turkey leg being a big favorite. “It’s like your backyard barbecue.” This one is loaded with pinto beans and potato salad and drizzled with the restaurant’s honey gold sauce.
Other popular ones include The Dirty Bird, which offers a traditional Southern flair with dirty rice and crawfish creole cream sauce and The M.O.B., which has gone viral with more than 20 million views on TikTok; filled with blackened shrimp, angel hair pasta, cream sauce and shaved parmesan.
The menu also features alien bat wings, which Crockett says are out of this world, sides like truffle mac & cheese and Cajun fries, sandwiches, pasta and deep-fried desserts.
