The pandemic made people realize that work-life balance is vital to one’s mental health and being productive. Employees are now trading in 50-60 hour work weeks to include balance.

1-Be sure your resume and LinkedIn pages are updated. LinkedIn is becoming extremely popular for employers. Engage with companies of interest. The more present you are, the better your chances of landing an interview with a potential employer.
2-NETWORK, NETWORK, NETWORK! There are tons of social media pages and Facebook groups for you to meet like-minded individuals in your industry of interest.
3-If you are unsure of what you want to do, work with a Career Coach. Career Coaches can assist you in resume writing, mock interviews, and provide person and professional development.
